Sequels that begin AS SOON as the previous movie ends

Just wondering how many sequels there are that do this. I can only name a couple.

Karate Kid Part 2
Halloween II
Halloween V
Friday The 13th Part IV
Rocky II
Rocky IV (?)
Rocky V
Hell up in Harlem
The Bride of Frankenstein (Aside from the Mary Shelly segment)

I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting...Or didn't see.

Resident Evil Apocalypse actually started before the first movie ended.

Karate Kid Part 2
Well, to be fair, the beginning to KK2 is actually the filmed ending of KK1. But since the producers saw a hit on their hands, they decided to save the confrontation with Kreese for the sequel.

III starts with the return voyage from the events of Part II, but a few months take place between III & IV.

All of the ones I could think off have been mentioned, Halloween 2, the LOTR stuff, the Karate Kid part 2.

Part 3 replays the last few minutes of Part 2 and then continues on from there.

Yes it did - I meant Revolutions started right after Reloaded.

The first ones that popped into my mind were 'Beneath The Planet Of The Apes', which actually begins with the speach from the end of 'Planet Of The Apes', and 'Ben', which begins by showing the end of 'Willard'. That is, if my memory selrves me correctly.

Evil Dead II
Kill Bill Vol. 2 (Tricky here, the opening scene takes place before the first flick, you decide)
Superman II (It's probably like shortly after 1)
