Ginger Snaps 2: Unleased (movie questions)

If anyone has seen this, I am having trouble understanding a couple things:

1.
Spoiler:
why did Ghost intentionally set fire to her grandma?

2.
Spoiler:
what is the overall significance of Ghost. she burned her grandma, she kept Brigitte locked in the basement. also I don't understand the whole "moral" speech at the end of the film with the "Welcome Home Barbara" sign, the comic, and Ghost looking much older.

thanks!!

I really loved this film the origional had me as a lover ...

too your questions ,

she was a f**king nutter, she lived in a world of comic books ,she was sub normal/mentally as you see in the film she was a "broken lil girl" but then a grown twisted hateful adult , she was just as the serial killer catchers at FBI say she was a ,low intell , devious ,hateful ,spiteful, uses people for gain ,will act victim

but the best ist when she she shoves the mag under the bed , Its .."SOME FIRE HERO COMIX "
if you see the film she does all above as a tick in the box

She maimed her Grandma to be in hospital,

an she/ghost played the upset ,she upset gals an then the gran was horrified with her ..

but even at the start the Gran new this EVIL was due her ...but burnt to a frazzles ...she mocked

anyway the last bit was a so much of nothing , comix girl ... said this an that

when she found Brigitte, she fell for her ,it was a case of that comix book , an she had sooo many books , but Brigitte was the lady werewolf an Ghost was the Master (a man ,big cape an strong in the comix bok shown ,)which Ghost hated , she fell silent ,

when ... "my wonderful Brigitte" gets uder the floor , I wish for her to slice/tear apart ghost...uuuurgh

non ..non..no.. no...no..
Brigitte,screams/howls sssssss

as the ghost gets away with it ......until it was a case of*wonder , yeah she got of killing way back ,an I can KILL .... ......

Yeah.... Anyway....

asianxcore:
1.
Spoiler:
Cos she was a crazy little girl and got sick of her grandma not givig in to her every whim.

2.
Spoiler:
There is no moral. It just turned out that the real danger was not the other werewolf but this seemingly innocent little girl that was anything but. Basically, not only was our heroine damned by the curse of the werewolf, she was also damned to be the plaything of this sick little girl and all her hopes for a cure dashed as she succumed to the beast that was growing within her. As for "welcome home Barbara", that was a welcome sign for Ghost's grandmother that was being released from the hospital. Ghost was going to play at being the happy granddaughter and have her new "pet" have grandma for a snack.

charley-farley, personal attacks are a violation of forum rules. In the future, I would highly suggest that you refrain from making comments along this line.

This was actually my favorite in the trilogy, I think. The first movie was perhaps more clever in its twist on werewolf conventions and had a deeper story, but part two had a dark twisted bent that I just loved.

Why exactly was the werewolf after Brigette? I know that she was a werewolf, but she keeps saying "He found me, I have to get out of here!"...but when he does find her, he doesn't try to kill her. I kept thinking that there would be some big 'reveal' as to the identity of the lead wolf that was stalking her, but there wasn't. What was he trying to do? He didn't kill her each time that he had the chance. He just kinda sniffed her. If that's the case, why is she so afraid of him?

Anyway, I really loved this movie. Gonna buy it soon when I get the money.

If I recall correctly
Spoiler:
he wanted to mate with her and she wasn't too keen on that. Which is why she kept running away from him.
