View Full Version : Canceling In Store Pickup Order at CC?

Any idea how to do this? I accidentally have the order ready for pickup at a store three states away. In case you are wondering, I used to travel there for work but don't anymore. Anyway, my e-mails are going unanswered and when I tried calling the store, they told me to come in and talk to someone in person. The fine print says:

The selected Circuit City store location will reserve your order for 14 days after you have received your order confirmation. To prevent any cancellation or refunds of your order, please pick up all items within this timeframe.

Should I just wait it out and hope they credit back my card? I don't like the word 'or' in the phrase "cancellation or refunds." Shouldn't it be "cancellation and refunds"? :) Any thoughts or suggestions?
