Yes, you can readily find them at Radio Shack, Best Buy, Circuit City, Wal-Mart and just about any other store that carries electronics.

It looks like your receiver will accept banana plugs. I can't quite tell from the angle of the picture, but if there is a hole on the end of the connector post it will. Be aware that the posts are probably spaced wrong for double-banana plugs, so you'll want the single ones.

For the spring connectors on the speakers, twisting the wire together should be fine. You could tin the wire with some solder if you want. You can also find gold pin connectors for them.

This is the back of those plugs. How do I know if they can have banana plugs stuck in the backs?

I was hoping for a better answer then twisting them into the speakers because they seem to slip out or never be secure. BUT thanks for the help so far.

I would go with gold pin connectors then. They're a solid pin with a slight notch to catch the metal in the spring clip on the speaker. Here's a picture of the Monster brand, from Crutchfield.com:

As far as what your receiver will handle, I'm sure the owner's manual will say. What brand/model is it? If there is a hole on the end of the binding post, it most likely will accept a banana plug such as this:

The receiver WILL accept banana plugs. Use the pin connections for the spring terminals on the speaker(s).

I went with something like this since I was too cheap to pay $250-$350 for plugs

Hey thanks for the link...any links on those bent ones for the speakers he was talking about. I can't seem to find exactly the ones ( I don't think).
