Ultimate "It's a nice day" Mix

It's supposed to be in the 60s and sunny in Ohio for the first time in what seems like forever. I'd like to put a mix together of songs that really get you into feeling like Spring is finally here. I have an MP3 CD player, so it can be quite a large mix.

I'm thinking stuff like:

Gorillaz: Clint Eastwood; Feel Good, Inc
Phish: Bouncing Round The Room
50 Cent: Magic Stick
Missy Elliott: Pass That Dutch
Kanye West: New Workout Plan; Breathe In Breathe Out; School Spirit
Beastie Boys: Paul Revere; Ch-Check It Out; Hey Ladies; Sabotage; So What'cha Want; Body Movin'
Jimmy Buffett: One Particular Harbor; Brown Eyed Girl; Tin Cup Chalice
James: Laid
Jimmy Eat World: The Middle; Praise Chorus
Green Day: Warning; Hitchin' a Ride
Sublime: Wrong Way; What I Got
LEN: Steal My Sunshine; Beautiful Day

Mostly I guess I want stuff that most people will know, but isn't completely played out (or played out anymore, in the case of some songs).

Something by The Style Council, such as "My Ever Changing Moods", "Headstart For Happiness", or "Long Hot Summer".

Bebel Gilberto - "August Day Song"

Walking on Sunshine -- Katrina and the Waves
You Are My Sunshine -- Ray Charles
Good Day Sunshine -- Beatles
Sunshine of your Love - Cream
Sunshine on My Sholders - John Denver

No it isn't, but it puts me in a good mood anyway. Most people just know the "she only cums when she's on top" line anyway.

Anything from the Eels Daisies of the Galaxy, but specifically, there's one song with "beautiful day" in the chorus -- maybe it's Mr. E's Beautiful Blues, as mentioned before.

Radiohead - High & Dry, The Bends
The Cure - Just Like Heaven
Blur - Parklife (the song, or the whole freakin' album)
Belle & Sebastian - A Summer Wasting, Dirty Dream Number Two
Ben Folds Five - Alice Childress, Philosophy
Elliott Smith - Bled White (one of his few uptempo songs)
The Smashing Pumpkins - Today

I'd list more, but I'm away from my CD collection at the moment.

I agree with you, that is why I add the lyrically to it, and the same goes for my suggestion of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs Maps. For me Metallica's Garage Days re-revisted (the first one) always puts me in a summer/good weather mood.
