correct lyric is "they don't write em like that anymore"

He had quite a few hits, though this was probably his biggest (Jeopardy was another good song from him).

I like the Go-Go's "Alex the Seal" and Hendrix's "excuse me while I kiss that guy" also.

He opened for The Who in Mountain View last year. It was pretty hilarious, as all the songs sounded exactly the same, and most had a count-off in the middle of the song where he'd yell 1-2-3-4 and nothing would happen. "The Breakup Song" was fun, though.
