I tried out the posted "Easter Egg" for "The Karate Kid Special Edition" DVD with the clicking of the fly under the Scene Selections area to get the hidden music video and it does not work. I suggest to anyone who tries it is gonna be disappointed. Sorry about this folks, it just does not work.

Could it be that your player isn't compatible or some other reason instead of it just doesn't work altogether?

That easter egg does indeed work. It's one of the few I've found on my own. It was by accident, as I wasn't looking for one. I was just navigating the first scene select screen and highlighted it by accident - a pair of chopsticks appear on the fly.

But then I moved off it, and had to figure out how to get back to it. IIRC, you have to start at the box on the bottom and push up to the box above, and then up again to highlight the fly. Hit enter, and you get the music video.

Or you could always try it in your DVD-ROM drive if you have one. I can almost always find easter eggs by just mousing over them.

Never seen that video.

I LOVE the soundtrack to KK. I wore out the cassette, and the CD wasn't available in the US to just a couple of years ago.
