Secondhand Lions DVD - Does it contain orginal ending?
I heard they had to reshoot the ending of the movie at great expense due to bad test screening. Is the orginal ending on the DVD? How did it end before they changed it?

Their is an alternate ending on the disc along with the other deleted scenes. I don't know if this is the ending you're referring to but in my opinion I liked the alternate ending better and wished that it was the one used in the film. Upon further reflection it reminded me of the ending to Big Fish if you've seen that film.
