Jason Bateman on Conan was great
Did anyone see it? Very funny. Justine as his love interest on Arrested Development is a very starnge idea though. Caroline Rhea on the other hand is extremely unfunny how the hell did she ever get her own talk show? If a joke doesn't work once I don't know why she felt the need to do it four more times.

He was very funny. It was kind of awkward at the end with onan begging people to watch A.D. on his behalf. Hurwitz, Grazer, Howard, and Bateman were on Charlie Rose this past week and i thought it was alot funnier than Bateman's Conan appearance.

Son of a Bitch!
So I couldn't stay up late enough to watch so I made sure that I Tivo'd it.
But then as I'm going to bed, I turn the cable box power off. So it did not record.
What a dumbass. Sucks that I missed it. Looking foward to SNL this weekend though. Hopefully I won't make the same mistake.

Will Arnett was on Conan a few months ago and mentioned the Justine Bateman/love interest idea. I couldn't tell if the guy was just being a smart ass though. With Arrested Development, it's entirely plausible that they'd run with a storyline like that.

it was also mentioned as a possibility, I believe, on Season 1 DVD commentary.
I thought Jason was hilarious on Conan, and it seemed like I could feel his frustration with the low ratings.
