Raining Cats and Frogs - Great work. Fun 2-d animated piece that's wise and philosophical.
Jam Films - Disapponting series of short films from Japanese directors. Only one really held my attention. The rest were just so-so.

2/9:
Dawn of the Dead - Fun
House of Flying Daggers - Quite a blast but didn't like it as much as Hero
R-point (Korea horror) - Not very good movie about a squardon of Korean soldiers sent to find their missing colleagues in a haunted region during the Vietnam War.

2/10:
Arahan (Korea martial arts comedy) - Loads of fun! Works really well.
Haute Tension (French slasher horror flick, R3 from HK) - The cure for the PG-13 horror stuff that's been flooding theaters. Plenty of blood and gore, and a villain that's bloody smart.
