Best DVD of January 2005

What did you think was the best DVD of Janauary 2005???

I'm not only talking about the best film released on DVD, but the best overall presentation... film, video, audio, extras, etc.

Maybe this poll should be changed to "favorite" DVD, as that is more likely what people will pick.

Anyway, I voted other. I think by far the "best" DVD of January is :

The movies look soooo good + great commentaries.

Beat me to it by minutes. Noooooo contest. Perhaps the OP can get this DVD set added because without it it ain't much of a poll.

Plus a double/triple dip title like Leon needs to be really special to warrant votes. It isn't.

For the low price and great picture quality and extras, I'll go with Beastmaster Divimax!

Another vote for Warner Bros. Gangsters Collection, by far the best and most important DVD release (IMHO) of January, and very likely to be on many "Top Ten DVDs of 2005" lists at the end of the year.

Another vote for Warner Gangsters Collection.

Although I really did enjoy the new Leon and Fifth Element editions. Both would be a close 2nd if I could vote for more than one.

One vote for Criterion's "Casque d'Or" - an amazing presentation of a Becker classic. (Already had the region2 Fifth Element or that might have been it)

1) FIFTH ELEMENT: Deluxe Edition
2) PREDATOR 2: Special Edition
3) PRINCE: SIGN "O" THE TIMES [Canadian Exclusive] (not because the DVD is loaded, but just because I was starting to think this title would never see the light of day!)

Warner Gangster Collection

If I had to pick a single title from that set, I would pick White Heat.
