Is there a "special" guest star, or is the role mentioned above just some unknown?

"America's Fattest Fatties"

I guess they really liked their lead-in for the first part of the season.

If someone doesn't know that by now, they'll never see the movie anyway.

Now that is a Scrubs episode.

After a disappointing episode last week, this week more than made up for it.

Since I know absolutely nothing about basketball, was this Heat/Lakers game something that actually happened, something that could never happen, or what?

Yes it happened a few weeks ago, it's a big deal because Kobe and the Lakers were going up against former teammate Shaq on his new team The Miami Heat.

Back on topic, this episode was quite great, especially the people in the parking lot spelling out the score.

Can somebody fill me in on the very beginning? NBC must have began airing it a little before 9. My recording began with Cox telling Janitor that Bruce Willis was a ghost.

I've already modified my season pass to begin recording 1 minute early

This bothers me greatly. I ended up recorded part of a crappy Blazers/Lakers game.

I loved JD's line about "the President and that bald Assistant President who's had all those heart attacks..."
