I was playing Golden Sun a little bit on the DS. I thougtht it would go to sleep, but maybe that was happening when I played on the SP.
There may be a lack of games now, but when mid-March rolls around I can't complain.

My bad...These were the games I thought were coming out in March to compete with the release of the PSP. gamefaqs.com's DS page has different dates.
5/08 Metroid Prime: Hunters
9/12 Animal Crossing DS
Mario Kart DS
At least we get WarioWare Touched! in February.
There are only these four games on the horizon that I really want, and they're mostly a long way off. Dammit!

Nintendo used to delay games at a crazy level 4-5 years ago, but no longer. Most games arrive as scheduled, and some even appear out of no where. In fact I would say Sony and MS have been having a harder time getting their stuff out as scheduled. (PSP, GT4, Syphon Filter 3, Halo2, Forza, Etc)

Part of owning a DS is that does support those old games, regardless if the games are DS specific. Nintendo knew this, and used it as leverage to allow an earlier launch, allowing a larger lead to be gained on the PSP.
