I wonder if one of the reasons they did this was to fight piracy.. do we think the ds and gba will have completely different mini games or will there be some repitition

I doubt it was to fight piracy, it was there to make a sequel to Wario Ware that wasn't just the first game with new micro-games. I can't say for sure if they'll be repetition, but I wouldn't count on it.. Twisted's games will focus on the movement and Touched's will focus on touching.
