Does anyone watch Public Access? I once saw a show called "The Learning Show" that had a jar of mustard on for 30 minutes straight.

There's a show on Staten Island community TV title "Industrial Television". Two middle-aged lunatics show bizarre cartoons, movie previews, and other forms of unbelievable perversion. It's been on for years.
Public Access is an untapped resource. I was planning on producing my own show, and even had a nice pile of idiotic scripts I had written (or stolen), but it's very time-consuming.
