A skinny billfold thread on this deal sent me scurrying to my local Big K (they're running a 60%-off clearance sale in-store 1/15-16/05), and sure enough, these shrink-wrapped combos, still sitting in the video game case, not taken out for the sale, and still marked at previous prices (I think the current price had been $39.99, which one was stickered with -- the other one of the 2 I bought was still marked $74.99 (!) ), rang up for $15.99. Definitely worth a trip to the Land of Blue Lights if you own or are thinking about owning a Gamecube, as the controller usually goes for approx. $30 by itself. Now I've got to figure out what to do with 2 extra copies of Metroid Prime!

FYI for anyone here in Richmond, VA, the Midlothian store near Chippenham still had 3 left tonight after I bought mine....

I saw this on the other site and picked up a couple. Sucks just last week I bought a used one at Blockbuster since I had a gift card for it there.
I was also able to get Veiwtuful Joe for the PS2 for 7.99

My K-Mart was out. I know they had a couple of these at least last week, so these went fast. My store also had all the clearance stuff pulled and on a cart, so I am not surprised nothing good was left.

I checked both local Big K's but didn't see any of the wavebird/metroid bundles. Would someone want to pick one up for me? I did pick up Bomberman Jetters for the GC $7.99. One of the stores had quite a bit, but the other was really sparse on games.

Well, I got off work at 9:30, found out they were open until 10, so I swung by and got the last Metroid Prime bundle. I made it to another KMart but they wouldnt let me in since it was 5 minutes to closing.....if the deal is still on tomorrow I could actually swing by on my way to work in the morning.
