Is dvdheaven.com a reputable dealer? I ordered some dvds almost a week ago and they are still preparing and when i asked about my order they dont give me a reply back. Should i be concerned?

I think you'll probably get your DVD's, but they are horrible at answering emails.

I dont think i am going to order from them again they have good prices but shipping kills the deal and they are just not responsive at all. thanks for the input sifu

Actually, they just lowered their shipping, and I've found them to be very fast at responding. PLus, the guy that responds leaves his MSN address at the end of the email. I added him to my MSN, and he was able to answer all of my questions right there, so my experience with them has been very good.
