Audio/skip problem with Happy Gilmore(widescreen)?

I posted this buried in a thread a while back but no one made a mention of it, so I'm asking in a new thread. Now's a good time to return stuff to stores in case my copy is indeed messed up, please help me out.
===========================

Problem with Happy Gilmore(released in 2pack with Billy Madison 11/30/2004)?

Well, I'm a little past half way in the movie and I just encountered a problem. At a little past the 57:00 mark, during "the fight", there is a pause between two frames. There also appears a white dot on the screen during this pause. Then it jumps to the next frame. It's like a really ugly layer change, except there shouldn't be a layer switch there, it's right in the middle of a chapter. I'm not impressed. I saw this on both my players.

Anyone notice this?

I think I have a defective dvd which I'll have to return. Please watch your copies and let me know what you see. It should only take a minute or two. Thanks!

I don't know, but a layer change can certainly occur anywhere in a chapter.

Both did the same thing, i think it's just a bad disc. I didn't see any other complaints from anyone about this.

Thanks!
