A-Team S2, Knight Rider S2, Magnum PI S2, and Kojak S1 Coming in MARCH!

Hello Everyone!

From an insert Inside the Quantum Leap S2 box from Universal that says that:

The A Team: "Season Two Coming March"
Knight Rider: "Season Two Coming March"
Magnum PI: "Season Two Coming March"
Kojak: "Coming March"

I am really looking forward to all of these!

March is already going to be an expensive month!

Edited to add: It looks like Tv SHows on DVD finally posted this info as well. Can't wait!

Kojak! I'd definitely pick that up. Of course, this is Universal so it'll probably never actually come out. (See my various rants on "The Rockford Files" for more on this subject.)

They probably need more time to remove every last bit of original music.

As soon as I saw the subject line, I figured I'd come in here to remind people that Universal has a bad habit of promising shows/dates that they never deliver on. Then I see the edit above. Classic.

Good news, assuming that they go through with it. A part of me was afraid that they'd never get around to releasing any more seasons of Magnum.

Is there a picture of the DVD box or any more news like what the bonus material will be?

I was going to pick up Kojak, but with what Universal did to Quantum Leap, I am going to pass.

From DVDAnswers.com...

Universal has also announced the complete first season of Kojak which stars Telly Savalas, Dan Frazer, Kevin James Dobson and George Savalas. The three-disc package will be available to own from the 8th March this year, and should set you back somewhere in the region of $39.98. Each of the episodes will be presented in 1.33:1 full frame along with English Dolby Digital 2.0 Mono tracks. English, French and Spanish subtitles will also be available. I'm afraid Universal has yet to reveal details on the extra material for this one, but we'll let you know just as soon as we hear anything.

Following up on our news yesterday featuring the announcement of The A-Team - Season 2, we now have the full-sized cover art for you to look at.

We also need to correct the info about the episode count we mentioned yesterday: we said "23 episodes", and Universal's information says "22". There's no problem, really: one episode during this season ("When You Comin' Back, Range Rider?") was a double-length episode. So there are 23 "hours" of episodes during this season, but the count of 22 episodes (one of them being extra-long) is the more customary way of describing it. We're sorry for the confusion.

It's also worth noting here that The A-Team - Season 2 will contain a bonus episode from the second season of Knight Rider. On the other hand, Magnum, P.I. - The Complete 2nd Season will contain a bonus episode from Knight Rider - Season 2 AND a bonus episode from The A-Team - Season 2. Wild. All three titles release on April 12.
