My guess is that we'll have to wait a little while to see these. Just an opinion though.

The first ones just hit the shelves and someone's asking when the follow-on seasons will be released? Geez, give the studio a break, sheesh...you'd think that the studio/director/producer would say when the DVD would be out even before the movie/show hits the theater/air-waves....whoops...already did.

There were 9 seasons according to TVTome.
To get back to the topic at hand, why are we asking the release of the latter seasons already if the first 3 seasons were only released couple of weeks ago.
Common sense will dictate that they will be released either 6-12 months window as people already indicated on this thread.

An educated guess would be that Seasons 4 & 5 will be coming out in November of 2005. I'm guessing they'll take their time releasing these so that the extras on them will be as nice as the current sets.

I'm hoping these get released at least a little bit faster than the Simpsons, as that's the most slow and painstaking release schedule ever.

There was an article about the sets in USA Today a couple of weeks ago which stated that subsequent seasons would be released every six months. It did not specify whether they would be released one at a time or two at a time.

I think they've already done most of the interview footage. If you got the bonus disc from Best Buy, you'll see Jerry Stiller and Patrick Warburton among those interviewed on the featurette. They weren't on the show until later seasons, so I'm guessing they did the interview work with most of the important people from the entire run already.
But they're not going to stack the releases too close together.

I was about to post the same thing. And while we're at it, we're already over a year between King of the Hill season sets - Season 2 was released in November of 2003 and Season 3 comes out December 2004.
So long as the next Seinfeld sets don't take this long I'll be happy.

Every 6 months is the common / stated thinking on release of further sets.

I don't see anything wrong with asking when something will come on DVD, no matter what time the question is asked. I was visting another DVD board where people were berating a member for asking when Desperate Housewives was coming to DVD. What is wrong with that? It's not unusual for studios to have plans when this stuff will come to pass, and I am sure ABC knows day and date the DH season sets will hit the stores and the studio must have a ball park figure how soon they will release Seinfeld.
I am hoping for every four months, personally, but every six would be acceptable. Annually not so acceptable. But no matter the schedule, I hope they release two volumes at once like they did this time around. By this time next year, it would be awesome to have up season 7 on DVD.
