Problems with Elf Infinifilm DVD
I opened my new Elf DVD last night, and Disc 1 wouldn't play in any of my DVD players. My main player is a Toshiba SD-4800. I also have a portable Toshiba 2600 and an old RCA, and the disc wouldn't boot up in any of my machines. I decided to return the discs to Walmart and pick up another set. When I opened this set, I got two (2) Disc 2s!
Obviously poor quality control. I was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem and whether New Line is doing anthing about it. I'm disappointed that I have to waste more time returning this set of discs again.
Sorry if this is repeat reading for some folks - I am new to forums. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!
Sorry to hear about your run of bad luck. Next time you get it replaced you might want to open it up right there after getting it just to be sure you don't end up with 2 disc #1's.
btw, I have the same Toshiba SD4800 and it plays everything I've throw at it.

Thanks
Thanks for the tip. I definitely plan on opening the disc in the store next time, even though the odds must be astronimical that I would find another defective set! Take care
