Joey - 12/2

Suprised no thread on this yet. I wasn't expecting too much from this but it's actually a little better than I anticipated. They need to do a few things but overall it's not horrible. I thought Joey had some great scene's in this particular episode. The entire cast was pretty good actually.

It was OK. I'm about to give up on this show.

I think I have...not consciously but I didn't even attempt to set yesterday to record. I had no drive to even turn on the t.v.
I guess I don't feel like I am missing anything. I really wanted this show to be must see tv. I'll tell you what...though I am glad they did not ..but if Scrubs were to back up Joey...I know I would not miss a single episode. *knock on wood* I can see the mensas at nbc programming deciding to yet again move scrubs.*knock on wood*

It started off decent, but fizzled towards the end.

I've got to agree with you there.

... but tonight, when his agent showed up at the house, I thought WTH, but then when Mike walked into the room, I remembered that she had a thing for him, and I began to .

I laughed at the Celine Dion jokes too.

Bob 'stop me before I laugh again' Saget was indeed a surprise... and funny.

Good ep!

I was also hoping for some kind of Friends-related reference.

Its a not bad show, it's slowly warming up to me. Although if I miss a week, I'm not heart broken.
If they do want to bring ratings up, maybe they should have some of the old Friends cast make a cameo.

I actually thought this was one of the best ones this season. The change of scenery helped a lot. Also, the four leads played very well together. The show still needs to evolve the three newbies separately, though. It's time for some funny side stories (with Michael at school, or Gina at work - without Joey being involved) if they want us to really get into these characters, though.

I am enjoying Joey. I thought this episode was pretty good, but I think they could have used Bob Saget a bit more to make it funnier (ie making fun of Bob Saget).
