How to sell a TV?
Any ideas guys?
I have a 36" wega flatscreen that works excellently. Never had a problem. But I want to upgrade and need some ideas about getting rid of it. I've tried Craigslist but I just get flakes...people that waste my time. And now i'm trying ebay. How have you guys sold your TV's?

Every single old TV I ever got rid of went to relatives. The only suggestion I have that you didn't mention is used shops. We have a place called "Pre-Played" that buys everything electronic: TVs, DVD players, computers, etc. I just don't think you'll get near what you're expecting from that type of place though.

As above, local paper is good, but it will draw the same people as Craiglist. In your Craigs listing you should be detailed and state you are firm on your price. Loses some flakes.
