What happened to the Bill Murray "Press Your Luck" movie?

What happened to the Bill Murray "Press Your Luck" movie?

Did a search but couldn't find anything. And imdb no longer lists it. Did this movie fall through the cracks? With the Ken Jennings thing it would have had a weird extra market boost. I really wanted this to get made.

I remember hearing about this and being very interested in it as well. I seem to recall a DVD Talk discussion about it as well...?

Is this about the guy who memorized the patterns in which the board flashed, and won a ton of money?
