"Loose Lips"
Some good funny stuff going on with Alan's case, and the bet between him and Brad. When Lori got Brad to confess why Alan bothered him so much, I almost spit my drink out, plus Lori's grin almost seemed real-life genuine when Brad let loose his assessment of Alan's putty ass and flabby body and Brad's jealousy of the ladies in the office wanting to bed Alan over him. Lori's "I have no interest in *ducking* either one of you" to Brad was a good line, as was Alan's "I love the feel of a stiff breeze against my rosy cheeks."
Denny launching another hail mary for Alan in the form of Rev. Al Sharpton was really funny because Alan was mouthing the words he wrote for Sharpton as Sharpton championed for a gay Santa in front of the non-friendly judge on this case.
Lori's subplot was a mess, and I have no idea how both Paul or Lori don't get dis-barred for their actions trying to do some CYA that involved therapy patient-doctor confidentiality stemming from the fear of violence by the patient onto his ex-wife.

The Santa storyline was pretty good.
Alan sitting in his lap
The Lori storyline was rather dull again. I did figure it would end the other way though, with them showing up at the house and find him killing her.

Mark Valley was given more than one line this ep. This little competition between him and Shore is pretty funny. I liked when he was able to get the clerk to give Shore that particular judge. And then Shore reminding Sharpton that the Santa was gay, not black.
Monica Potter gets more storylines than anyone not named James Spader - why?

Three words.
****. Sex. Ual.
I was kinda disappointed that the "rabbit" did it again [must've been the extra "god almighty"]. It'd be nice if they threw Brad a bone and actually let him win at least one bet before the season's over.
I'm sorry, was there another storyline this week? Other than the obscene amount of time spent looking at the lovely Monica Potter, I really didn't notice much else.
Including the "twist" at the end.

What is to say one of them won't? Rene Auberjonois is not a regular on the show, and is only listed on IMDB as appearing for only 9 episodes.

Spoiler:
The "hail-mary pass" has run it's course. One Sharpton appearance was unexpected and powerful, two pushed the limits.

According to tvguide.com
Not really surprised they're dropping Lake Bell. Once Alan and Sally broke up they didn't have much for her to do.
MURPH RETURNS: Candice Bergen, who recently did a recurring stint on NBC's forthcoming Law & Order: Trial by Jury, has joined the cast of ABC's Boston Legal as a full-time regular. The Murphy Brown vet will play Crane, Poole & Schmidt's third name partner, Shirley Schmidt. To make room for Bergen (read: $$$$), producers have decided to drop Lake Bell, who plays young attorney Sally Heep.
