Sex and the City: Season Six

Are they going to release a Sex and the City: Season Six all in one package? Or do I have to buy them in both sets? Why did they split them?

No, as of now, they are sold as individual season sets. I wouldn't be suprised if a big box set with all the shows in it.
Or do I have to buy them in both sets?
Yes you do.
Why did they split them?
Two reasons: First is that the season was split duing it's initial run and the two halves were seperated by several months; although the final run was shorter than any complete season, it almost felt like a season run. It wasn't an arbitrary, artificial split. Second, they can milk an extra $40 from consumers by splitting one season into two. Nobody ever said HBO wasn't in the business of making money.

No offense, but I'm not buying the first reason. Season 2 of Monk was split during its initial run, with the two halves separated by several months, and Universal is releasing it as a single set, instead of splitting it into two. I'd be willing to bet they'll do the same with The Dead Zone: Season 3 when it's released. It's all about the money, IMO. HBO can't resist the chance to milk us SATC fans one last time. Of course, that's assuming they don't release a megaset with new extras down the road.
