Spiderman 2 $5 MIR w/purchase of popcorn

There is a mail in rebate form for $5 off the purchase of Spiderman 2 and 3 packages of Orville Redenbachers popcorn (packages w/2 packs or larger).

Offer expires 5/31/05. Check your Sunday paper coupon packs for the rebate form.

Edited to add: Rebate does not require a receipt for the DVD or popcorn. You just have to send the proofs of purchase from 3 popcorns and the proof of purchase tab from inside the dvd. There is a limit of 5 per household so if one dvd has 5 tabs you can probably get $25 in rebates if you buy enough packages of the popcorn.

After carefully looking over the rebate form, a couple of things seem really....profitable.

http://www.orville.com/PR01-Promotio...nav=promotions

1) There is a limit of 5 rebates per household or address.

2) NO receipts are required for either the popcorn or the DVD.

3) There are a total of 8 proof-of-purchase tabs inside the Spider-man 2 DVD case.

So, if you can choke down 15 boxes of popcorn, you can score a total of $25 of rebates. If I have overlooked any detail that shoots holes in this, please point them out...

The form is also on the popcorn boxes if you guy check it out.

Also it should be on the site. You have to click on a little Spider-MAn 2 icon on the homepage that'll take you to the form.

Lastly if it truly is gone, if someone wants to host it I can e-mail a PDF of it to them.

ok. yesterday i bought 15 boxes of orville redenbacher popcorn for about $3 (buy one get one free minus $1.10 coupon on each one...came to .15 a box!) Now I just have to send in the MIR form.

Did anyone else do 5 rebates? I'm not sure if I should send in 5 different forms with 1 spidey upc & 3 orv red upcs or if I should send them all in one envelope. What do ya'll think? Did anyone else get their rebate back yet?

I'm sending them in one at a time-- one every two weeks to be safe.

So far no response yet, but there's still time.

I also would like to know if this will work for the Superbit version of Spidey 2. Has anyone tried it yet with the SB version?
