I bought it today for 12 bucks. The picture is decent as I jumped through the chapters at random for a quick preview. Haven't seen the whole movie though.

If you can provide proof this is a legit release please feel free to restart this thread in the appropriate forum (International Talk). Since I suspect this is bootleg though and discussions about such are not allowed here, I'm closing this one.
