How's Your News: Incredibly good timing
I wanted to see the How's Your News video (a man-on-the-street interview show hosted by mentally challenged folks with incredible timing and senses of humor) years and years ago when I read about it in Film Threat or some such place. Then I wanted to see the feature last year (?) when it came out. But I kept forgetting. Today I happened to see it at the video store and rented the DVD, which is just incredible. Plus, it has some of the most memorable special features I've ever seen.
After the GF and I watched it this afternoon I popped onto howsyournews.com to see if I could get her a T-shirt and what do I see? "Hey, babe, they made a new How's Your News?" episode at the RNC and DNC conventions... And it's premiering this month... actually, today! ... Actually, in a half hour!!!"
And it was brilliant. It's on Trio a few more times this month and next. Do yourself a favor: Rent the DVD and watch the Trio show.
