Is Schwartzenagger's "Raw Deal" anamorphic?
To make sure about such things, I usually check DVD Empire's listing. Thus DVD Empire's listing shows that it is 1.85 anamorphic, but when checking the back image it just says, "Widescreen Presentation" and this is one of those old Fox titles that tends to be non-anamorphic, but the listing shows that the DVD release date was this past February. However, I noticed the sound has been upgraded from just 2.0 to 5.1 from the OOP release.
So which is it? I ask because I just ordered it on DDD with several other cheap back catalog titles.

It is indeed anamorphic Mike. I own it. Not sure why Fox didn't specify it on the art.
Here's a thread at HTF where others confirmed it as well:

I think Amazon lists it at 2.35, but just shows "Widescreen Letterbox", which generally means non-anamorphic.
The other catalog titles I ordered was the new Red Heat - SE, Demolition Man, Cobra, Tango & Cash, and Assassins.

I've been meaning to get these back log titles for a while. Just finally had a month that was shy on "must get" new releases, so I splurged on getting several of these older titles. And for $6 for a couple of them, how could you go wrong?

I can never resist posting an Awnold quote (my sig is proof)
"You should not drink and bake."
"Hey guys make sure you clean up before you knock off."
"I am going to do what a friend told me to. KNOCK EM DEAD!"
yarararra
me lubs my Awnold movies, if they would only hurry up and release Conan Super Duper SE with a remixed 5.1 Basil P score like the other Regions!
Crom!
