Just got back from my parents' house where I watched it in HD - very nice indeed.

Seth's reaction to finding out about Summer dating his water-polo dating clone was great.

Comic Book Club rules.

Summer is so damn sexy when she is angry.

It looks like the writers are cleaning house with the hookups for the early part of this season so far.

Please don't go Hailey!

Julie is one cold hearted lady.

Ryan's professional future will easily get integrated into the "family" business (making housing contruction plans) if Caleb can figure a way to get out of his jam, and if he can keep his business afloat as well.

Seth is destined for a geeky career. I almost roll off the couch when Seth finds out Zack is the one going out with Summer. Seth was crushed in so many ways at that moment of revelation.

Please, Marissa, stick with the yard boy (less face time would be a good by-product).

Summer continues to evolve into a watchable gal who isn't as dim as her speech pattern would initially indicate. More Summer, please.

"You're suppose to lead me in to temptation, not into homeroom"

Between this and North Shore we got to see Amanda Righetti wearing a bikini twice

Unfortunately she has a much bigger part on a vastly inferior show. I'd like to have seen them make her a regular on The O.C. and maybe they could have kept her.

Still loving the show! One of the very best written on TV.

I don't think North Shore will last long.

Stop thinking.

It never should have made it through the summer, but it did. There is more going w/ that show than we know. It is worse than 90% of the shows Fox has cancelled over the last few years, yet it is still around several months after its premiere.

You are probably right.

Fox actions this TV season has been more screwy than usual. For example renewing Tru Calling for a second season and then cancelling it without airing a single episode of the new season.

at the power to be handsome in the Comic book club ads.

Summer's angry speech was totally spot on even though it means that Seth and Summer won't be getting back together for a while.

The yard boy storyline seems very contrived. Almost like the writers watched Desperate Housewives and decided to bite off their storyline. I predict that
Spoiler:
DJ will go psycho at some point

I don't watch the show but we always catch the "Previously On" at the end of OC when we tivo it and it looks horrible and the acting is even worse. Is this a spoof of soaps?

I enjoyed OC but I am getting a bit tired of the Marrisa thing; the boozing, depressed, crying whiner. I kinda wish they had kept Theresa around for Ryan instead. Much better actress.
Like Summers New Boyfriend. I think he will make a good addition to the cast if they don't have him as the doormat that Summer keeps just to get back at Seth.

They did that already with Oliver.

Did Peter Gallagher get his eyebrows trimmed back a bit?

It's not smart enough to be a spoof.

Summer looked amazing. I loved that shirt with the little cleavage hole in the front Summer is my favorite female character on the show, and Seth is my favorite male character. It just makes sense that they should be together. Summer's little spiel did make a lot of sense, stupid Anna, getting in the way again.

If they never bring DJ back, then I will be very happy. We don't need the "Latin Oliver;" we didn't need the original Oliver.

Summer rocks all kinds of white pants horniness!

She and Seth are the best thing about the show

Did y'all know that Adam (Seth) Brody and Rachel (Summer) Bilson are dating in real life? Luck guy, that Adam. It parallels the real-life coupling of Chad Murray and Sophia Bush on One Tree Hill (where their season 2 storylines have them separated for now).
