FilmFakers on AMC- Anyone watch this? Freakin' HILARIOUS!
Okay, so I wasn't expecting much. I don't watch much tv, and I don't watch ANY reality tv. When I stumbled upon this show, it was at the beginning, and the 'fake trailer' they showed of what was to come....well it made me laugh so hard that I absolutely had to watch.
Basically, 3 'new to the biz' actors are hired as the leads in this movie. Only it's not a real movie. It's all fake. The director is fake. The supporting actors are fake. Only the 3 lead actors are clueless. They're also very new to the world of film, so they don't realize that this is NOT normal on a film set!
The film they were making on tonight's episode was called "The Mukashi Code"...The cast is told that it is a VERY popular comic book in Japan and is now being made into a movie. The 'plot', as far as I can gather, is about a group of 5 creatures who have been gathered by "El Nami" to collect different pieces of the 'the mukashi code'. The story itself made no sense whatsoever! Go to http://www.filmfakers.com and watch the fake trailer for the Mukashi Code. Damn, I hope this show re-airs because I want to tape this episode.
My 2 favorite lines....
"Mu- Mu- Kashi - Kashi - Kashi! I AM ROBO- WOMAN!"
and...
"I don't know about you bitches...but i'm ready to rock this code."
WATCH THIS SHOW! AMC, Wednesdays , 10PM.
