WOOOOHOOOOOOO!!! I'm looking forward to this one!
You know, i lived in England during the 80's and early 90's and I'm really loving all these releases!!
It's a shame that other comedy's, like Bread, will never make it to Region 1.

Never heard of Bread... I usually have to just take chances on some BBC comedies by just buying the R1 dvd's or catching it on BBCA or local pbs stations. I never heard of Allo Allo till I got that free sampler in AYBS? set 2. Have you see the rest of the Allo Allo series? Does it get better over the years or slowly go downhill like some other series I have seen? Either way, Im sure I will enjoy Allo Allo 2.

'Allo 'Allo is unbelievably hilarious I love the show. The humour is fair and balanced, also historically believable. Good ol' British humour.
"Heil Hitler!"
"Heil..."
"Heil Hitler..."
"Heil Mussolini!"
Didn't know there were DVDs of it, must check it out.

Have seen all 10 series of this show and love it. Like it far more than AYBS? Toward the end of the run (like AYBS?) it was starting to run out of some steam, but they were at least able to bring the show to a conclusion in the final episode (unlike AYBS?).
Wonder how Worldwide will treat the evenutal release of series five? That one series had 26 episodes. Also, I hope their graphics designers do a bit better job on the cover this time out. I understand they were trying to emulate the art style of the time period, but the cover conveyed absolutely nothing of what this series is about! It did not lend itself well to a blind buy!

I kinda bought it on a Blind buy since I only saw one episode but I loved it alot when I saw the first 8 episodes or whatever it was. All the characters are great.
Yikes, 26 epis for Series 5!! Thats alot for a British show. They will probably break it up into a few sets. That should be a long way off since they seem to be doing a series a year.
