i don't think I'd even consider that a Cameron movie as it was assembled, cut and half of it directed by Ovidio G. Assonitis after Cameron was fired from the film.

Given that every film he's directed has cost more than the last one and the last one cost $200 mill, there's probably no studio left that can afford to greenlight a Cameron film, unless...

plus he's got his rumored 3D sci-fi etravaganza, the one Harrison Ford was supposedly trying to lose weight for.

Granted, who knows what the deal is with it, but it's more than just rumor, as I know he's done things like contract out special effects people and such.
