thanks for the info calhoun07. after investigating more it appears that you are right. i do believe purchases are protected under the amazon a to z guarantee so ordering should be safe:
What Are zShops?
zShops is home to trusted retailers and independent third-party sellers who showcase their products alongside Amazon.com's own huge selection. zShops sellers often offer things also available at Amazon.com, but better yet, they offer many things Amazon.com does not--autographed items, vintage goods, food, wine, and more.
Submitting an Order in zShops
Buying an item from a zShops seller is only slightly different than buying it directly from Amazon.com. All you need to do is click the Buy It! button on the detail page of the item that interests you, then complete your transaction with the individual seller. Using Amazon Payments, you can pay immediately online, and your credit card information is never shared with the seller--or anyone else! The good faith of your seller is backed up by Amazon.com's own A-to-z Guarantee.
Once you've clicked the Buy It! button, you'll be asked to confirm your purchase. If you're new to Auctions and zShops, you will be led through the registration process, in which you'll be required to supply certain pieces of information, such as your e-mail address and a valid credit card number.
Once you've submitted your order for an item on zShops, we will send you a message via e-mail letting you know how to proceed with your transaction. We will also supply you with the seller's e-mail address, so that you may communicate with them in regard to payment and the shipping of your purchase.
Cancelling an Order in zShops
Please note that since we are not directly involved in the completion of sales arranged on Amazon.com Auctions, zShops, or Amazon Marketplace, you will need to contact the seller directly to reach an amicable agreement if for any reason you would like to cancel an order. You can locate a seller's e-mail address in the confirmation e-mail sent from us, or by looking up your transaction in the Your Account section of our Auctions and zShops Web site.
In general, please know that it's important to contact the seller with any questions you might have about the item in question before placing your order or bid.

I assume they mean they've found the full length version?
NECROMANIA isn't a lost film, or at least not for the last 10 years. Something Weird video has had a pre-record on the market for ages, but it was imcomplete and ran under an hour.
I used to have it, but I sold it off long ago. It was pretty lame!
