It is on the Behind the Magic CD-ROM from a few years ago, along with the Luke/Anchorhead scene and a longer cantina sequence (in B&W).

I'd highly recommending picking up the Behind The Magic CD-ROM. Lots of great stuff on there... and you can usually find it for about 2 bucks on eBay.
