"vote for the smart one."
Eddie Vedder joining REM on Begin the Begin was great.
Dee Dee Myers is kind of hot there in the second row and Tim Robbins is really, really tall.

From the first 2.5 hours I watched, I thought they did a great job on this show. For a live broadcast concert, it was very well produced and seemed to flow well, even with the mini-documentries in between acts.
I have it tivo'd; can't wait to watch the rest!
...and I may become an REM fan; I was really impressed with their performance and sound. (On a side note, I'm a big Tragically Hip fan; I can't beleive the similarities between Michael Stipe's and Gord's sound and mannerisms on stage!)

Whew!! I had that thought before I went to bed! I taped another 90 minutes afterwards, just in case!
I've seen Bruce enough times to know he doesn't play a short show!

i noticed the show was shot in 1:77 widescreen, so can we expect a dvd soon? (cut all the documentary footage, and they could have fit it on 2 discs.
