Your thoughts on Lady Death: The Motion Picture
Searched for this topic before posting, but didn't see it so here goes...
For those of you that bought the above mentioned title, and providing you've watched it already, what did you think of it?
I was at Suncoast last night to buy the Shawshank SE and I decided on a whim to buy Lady Death too. Never read the comics, just knew of the character herself from when I used to collect action figures.
I liked the movie alot. It was a little too slow in some spots and Lady Death saying how she would take down Lucifer over and over got old but overall, I found the whole thing to be really cool. Definitely a good blind buy.
As far as the disc itself goes, the overall presentation was good. Didn't listen to the commentary but I liked the two featurettes, the ADV bonus trailers, and the adequate but worthwhile sound mix.
On a sidenote for anyone familiar with the comics, are any graphic novels available? I gave up on monthly comics early in the year and now I only read graphic novels. I'd like to explore the comic roots of the character if GNs are available.

I'm a fan of the comics, so I want to check this out. Hopefully they will do something with Evil Earnie next.
I think there might be some trade paperbacks of the issues. Most of the issues are mini-series.
