Anybody know what happened to "The Big Town" DVD?
Fine, it's no masterpiece - but it's got Diane Lane playing a stripper, and I wanted a copy. I haven't heard a single reason (perhaps the film's colossal obscurity played a part) for it, but the disc was announced for the 28th and then summarily pulled from every website about a week before. Why does this stuff happen?

I had this on my amazon wish list. It changed to 'This product has been discontinued' status. I would like to know what happened to it also. Was looking forward to it on DVD.

I was really looking foward to this disc. What's weird is I've seen reviews for the disc. I checked Ebay and somebody was selling a sealed copy, so I think some copies may have made it to store shelves. This could be an Ed Wood deal. I plan on calling some local stores in hope of tracking down a copy.
