And it won't be Black.
Honestly, I'm surprised someone asked about this already. It is well known that companies are still working out what is going to be on sale on Black Friday. It's not like they plan this months upon months ahead. But, if it's like any of the past two Black Fridays, I'll pass.

The Walmarts, Best Buys, etc. already have their orders
placed and prices set.
I can already see the ads for a $99 PS2 or X-Box system plus a free game. What about a standalone DVD player for $9.99? Let's not forget a dvd recorder for $139.

Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving. It is called Black Friday because it used to be the day that stores would finally get out of the "red" and start making a profit on the year. Nowadays, it just means "big" sales to kickoff holiday shopping.

Thanks...
Thanks for the info. Yea hopefully there will be some great DVD sales. I keep hearing about the Simpsons Seasons 1-3 were 9.99 apiece. That's a great deal if true. Hopefully they have similar sales this year.
