Whose idea was it to hire pirates to be moderators?

A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel attached to his crotch.
The bartender looks up at him and says "Ahoy matey! Did y'know you've got a steering wheel attached to yer crotch?"
The pirate says "Arrrrrr! It's driving me nuts!"
