Spy Game Subtitle issue???

OK, I have one of the disc that does not work with my Toshiba player.

2 Questions

1. Does it work with any players?

2. Is there any way to get the replacement disc at this time.

I found one phone number DVDfile, but it was not working.

Thanks

I had the same issue, but I sent it in to Universal when it first came out and they sent me a replacement.

You might go to universal's website and see if they have a customer service number or email address.

Good luck!

It's only a problem on some players, not all, if I remember correctly.

This is the address for the exchange:
Spy Game DVD Return
PO BOX 224468
Dallas TX 75260

But I don't know if it's still good. I hope so as I need to send my copy in too.

I called Univesal and they said to mail it back and gave me an address. It was the same as Blade's but had a different Zip code. It was:

Spy Game DVD Return
P.O. Box 224468
Dallas, TX 75222

Are you supposed to send just the disc or the whole thing?

Any type of letter required?

They said send disc only. Include return shipping information and a note about why.

The subtitles on mine keep appearing, I have a Toshiba SD2200. Don't think I'll send it back, not worth the hassle.
