What's up with all the Seinfelds all of a sudden?

I read the much awaited seasons 1-2 set are coming out soon, and then I just saw an ad for season 3 this November. Not that I am complaining, I am a big fan of the show. Looks like it will be a very expensive fall for me.

I thought both sets (Seasons 1 & 2, and Season 3) were coming out the same day? Along with a set with all 3 seasons. Doesn't matter to me; I won't be buying it.

There are going to be two volumes released. Volume 1 contains seasons 1 and 2, and Volume 2 has season 3. You can get the two volumes for under $30 each at Amazon w/STL, or the giftset with some other goodies for a few cents above $70 at Amazon w/STL.

Well season 1 & 2 combined are only about a full season worth of episodes. So don't let the three fool you, it is more like two seasons. Season 1(other than the pilot) was only 5 episodes and season two had 17.

On the one hand it seems like these sets are going to be expensive. On the other, I was one of the ones who bitched they needed to pay the rest of the cast to have them contribute to the sets. Go figure.

Actually, I was sure they were going to be MORE expensive because of this but nabbing the sets for $45 each (CDN) is certainly better then expected. That is about the same price, here, as the Simpsons season sets.

Personally, I'm going to yada...yada...yada, and that's why I'll be hurting for money come November.

I like the show but I don't think I'll pick them up. It is on something 3 times a day on TV anyway.

Yeah, sure, Seinfeld is on 12 times a day but do you get to choose what episode they play? Can you wake up and think, hummm, I feel like watching The Contest today, flick the tv to 12 and there it is?

The eps themselves, in order, are gold....the rest is very tasty gravey.
