As some of you probably have noticed, I help run a media review website www.culturedose.net. We are currently on the lookout for some new blood in our music section (and possibly book/games as well). We are looking for talented, mature writers who can clearly and intelligently express themselves.

Be aware that we are looking primarily for reviewers of new music. If you can't stand to listen to anything released after 1979 we probably aren't going to be interested. We do have some older reviews on the site, but that's not the main focus.

If you are interested in this, please contact me at [email protected]. At Culturedose we write under our full names, so if you wish to remain anonymous you're probably going to be turned away. Please include your name, age, location and what styles of music you like or are interested in reviewing. Also feel free to include any other information you think we ought to know. We are going to need to see some samples of your writing style so that we have a feel for what you're capable of. If you've written for other online websites before please let us know that as well.

Also, for those of you wondering, yes you will probably be getting advance and promo releases from record companies to review. Although we will expect that any material you request must be reviewed in a timely fashion.
