Be patient, I'm sure it's just a rights issue...watch for an announcement later.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually, I'm hoping that they'll just slip the release date. Isn't it pretty late in the game to cancel a title. Wouldn't they have thousands of copies already set to go to the stores?

Is season 2 better than season 1?

I'm thinking of doing a blind buy for season 2 and skipping the first season altogether.

I actually saw Season 2 for sale at one of the Mom and Pop stores here in New York. I'm gonna try to pick it up today if they still have it. Another Ed Wood Fiasco? I'm sure other stores actually have it, it might be worth trying some of the big Box stores or maybe Suncoast as those stores in the past have mistakenly put things out that were recalled before release. I'll let you all know if I'm successful.

I was lucky, they still had a few copies. It's a store called Entertainment Outlet, located on 40th street, and 5th Ave in Manhattan. If you don't see it out in the New Release section, ask someone. They had several More. THe Price was 79.99 but I got my copy and am not gonna wait for who knows whenever, and to then to get a copy with different music... etc... Does anyone know WHY it was cancelled or pushed back?

I preordered this set during that unofficial deepdiscountdvd sale and I got an email today that it shipped! I was expecting the order to be cancelled.

I haven't seen where this was cancelled, but delayed. Probably has something to do with a rights issue or something that needs to be worked out.

No... it's a *great* show.

I went into season one without having ever seen an ep, and was flipping out at how amazing it was -- the cast is perfect, excellent use of music, irresistible tension, and superb action sequences, all done with a great sense of visual style. Not to mention how fascinating and thought-provoking the show is... it's up there with The Prisoner in that regard. I literally wanted to watch the whole set in one sitting. Can't wait to see what happens after that first season finale cliffhanger.

It's very different from the Besson film, but in a good way.

I never watched the show religiously, tried to watch a couple of times, but was disinterested. However I was kinda willing to give the show a shot on DVD. Been meaning to buy the sets, but with this postponement and/or cancelation, I don't know what to do. Besides, I have too many other series I'm collecting right now to start another.

I'm surprised this is being held up, especially after seeing an AD for it in the most recent EW... if you're gonna shell out the bucks for advertising space, better make sure you actually have a product to sell!

Damn... I got a *cancellation* notice from Amazon on my order that I'd earlier got share the love credit on. I guess if it does come out later, I'll have to all through trying to get someone to send me some love then again. If I knew before what I know now, I shouldn't have ordered it there and got it from deepdiscountdvd with my 20% off order there.

I am so ticked. I had placed my order months ago for season 2. This was my favorite show, and the season I liked best.

At least when I ordered Disney Treasures from Amazon, they pushed back the date, they never canceled my order.

Just saw an ad for it in this month's STUFF magazine. They sure are wasting money on this.

May not be there tomorrow after a manager realizes it was supposed to be pulled.

Been a month, still not available - listed as being cancelled on many sites - not even on DDD anymore. Where can I get this?
Aside from buying from the guy on half.com who has it listed at 200 bucks.

It's a legal issue. Be patient. They'll release it sooner or later.

For when these are released again, where did you get it for $60? I had to wait for ddd's 20% off sale to get season 1 for that much.
