What's that movie Cher refers to in Stuck on You?

The manager says that if it wasn't for the indie film she would be finished and Cher says it sold $500 million. What film was that? Thanks!

Come Back to the Five and Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean? Silkwood.

I think it was one of those.

I got the feeling it was some fictional film, not a reference to one she was actually in in real life. But I could be wrong.

Are we certain of that line? I don't remember her saying that. I thought she just made reference to some art film, which is why I thought it was Silkwood.

It's been a bit since I've seen the movie, so I'm not sure what she says about the box office it did, but if I remember right isn't the idea that this movie saved her career recently? That she signed on to do the television show because her career was in the crapper and then the "art film" came out of nowhere to do good business and put her back on top? So that's why i thought it was a fictional reference.
