I recommend this Papas Fritas album to fans of The Shins.

QoTD: I've been thinking about the "canon" a lot lately, so what albums would you like to see canonized (probably only in specific listening circles since there isn't one canon). An extension of this question could be, what albums would you like to see removed from the canon (though I'm afraid that will turn into an argument)?

A short explanation would be nice.

-Olivia Tremor Control, Black Foliage (often overshadowed by its Sgt. Pepper's fixation, fellow E-6 Neutral Milk Hotel's In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, and Dusk at Cubist Castle).
-Gastr Del Sol, Camoufleur (I think it does a stunning job of blurring the line between studio electronics and backporch folk.)
