wow, I finally get to see Phil Gordon actually play instead of sitting on celebrity poker not doing or even saying much
Moneymaker (did he change his name to play poker?) is also on

Yeah, I have a clock on my VCR, so I knew the time, and I knew he'd call, and somehow he'd get the card he'd need to bust the other 2 guys out.
And, Phil also collects the $5k bounty on Moneymaker's head too.
This tournament does sound pretty fun with the bounty aspect of it. What I don't understand is why there was no bounty on Phil's head as well.
It was also funny how neither Sexton or Van Patton could say "World Series of Poker 2003 winner, Chris Moneymaker", but would allude to him winning some vague poker title last year. I guess the WPT doesn't want to promote the WSOP at all if possible. At least Moneymaker doesn't appear to be a super-duper lucky player and made some good bets to earn his pots.

did you also notice that moneymaker's Mt Dew bottle had the label removed? probably a product placement issue there.
I also don't think they mentioned Phil hosting the celebrity poker on bravo

I also noticed the omission on Phil Gordon's Bravo Celeb Poker hosting gig. I guess that want the WPT to be the only poker game in TV town.
The Hollywood WPT game on Sunday should be interesting as well.

Yeah this was a great final table. I thought the bounty aspect of the tourny was cool. Susan Kim was a fun player to watch. I felt Moneymaker played the best at the final table. Gordon made a lot of silly mistakes. But since he had such a huge chip lead, those mistakes didn't hurt him and he was still able to win.

Something just irks me about Chris Moneymaker. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I always find myself hoping that he busts. I think it is the cockiness I see in some of his play.
