My wife loves Halo!
I can't believe it, I've had this game since Dec 2002 and played it periodically but she's never shown much interest in it at all. Then one day she asks me if she can try the "shooting" game, after watching me and my nephews play system link Halo. A complete FPS newbie I had to show her all the controls, but now that she's played she's completely hooked. We've done a few coop missions together but mostly she just likes to play Team Slayer.
Just kind of blew me away how much she took to it.

Isn't it awesome to have your s.o. into a game like this? My fiancee grew up without a tv or game system, so Halo and FPS are totally new things to her. After playing a few times together, I now take her with me on gaming sessions, where we both make a killing on team slayer!

My GF has been a long time Halo player. She gets all excited when we have LAN parties and even does the post party cleanup.
She's a good sniper and flag runner, strong player and very competative.
