Ok.... What's with 'L akers' being displayed as 'srekaL' when I type the team name in a post??

It's an annoying joke from one of the admins that will hopefully run its course soon.

Randy Miller III is reviewing the Bulls set for DVD Talk, and Scott Hoffman is tackling the Låkers set. Hopefully those reviews will pop up at some point in the next week or so.

Because they sold their soul to the devil, just like the Yankees.

As Adam said, I'll be writing the Bulls review for DVD Talk. With any luck, it'll arrive with my next batch of screeners any day now, and I'll try and have the review up by the weekend (although there looks to be tons of stuff on there, so it'll be Sunday at the latest!). Hope you enjoy it...I know I will!

Hey, the review was posted earlier this afternoon, if anyone hasn't checked it out yet. Click here for the complete scoop. By the way, if anyone can tell me what's unusual about the screen captures, I'll e-mail you a cookie.

Thanks for the review. Sounds great. I was a bandwagon rider back then as well, but it got me into basketball.

No cookies for me

Not really...it's not a huge secret or anything, but it's pretty unusual (especially considering there's seven screen captures).

I finally received the Bulls set on Friday and have been watching it all weekend. Kind of makes me want to watch the '95-'96 season most of which I have on vhs.

I was such a huge Bulls fanatic especially living in Chicago. You could tell that a Bulls game was on because there were a lot less people out on the streets. Me and my friends would always go play ball after the games and "try" and do some of the stuff we have seen in those games.

This is a very nice set for the price - $35. You get all the championship videos that were released on vhs previously with a game a piece from each playoff finals. The picture quality gets better with each game. The last 2 finals against the Jazz look like they could be on tv right now and you wouldn't be able to tell that it's a game from 6-7 years ago, untill you see who's playing of course. I wish they would release the whole season sets but that might be a little to much since there are 82 games plus playoffs. It would take about 50 days if you watch 2 games a day to watch the whole thing and just the insane number of dvds that would need.

There is a mistake on the inside packaging though. It has the Bulls vs. the Suns 4 games to 3, when in fact the Bulls won that series in 4-2.
